Thank you for your interest in applying for the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.

Established by our founder, Cherie Blair CBE KC in 2008, the Foundation’s mission is to empower women in low and middle income countries to start, sustain and grow successful businesses, and to build fair and inclusive business environments. With partners, we are poised to deliver our new Ready for Business strategy and are seeking to dramatically accelerate growth to achieve our target of reaching one million women entrepreneurs by 2030.

We know we can only be successful in achieving our ambitions if we are functioning effectively as an organisation. Therefore, we are seeking our first Chief Operating Officer, an exciting role for an outstanding leader who will be at the heart of the next phase of our ambitious growth.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional individual, passionate about women’s economic justice, who works at pace and has a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude that is both ambitious and entrepreneurial. They will provide high-quality internal operational support and development, covering Finance, People, Operations, Technology, Risk and Governance, ensuring the right culture and processes are in place as we scale up.
